From what I heard
abt the consoles and not ONLY the consoles...(handphones,mp3 player,tv and other stuff)

ppl gave me this answers such as

-malaysia are anti original
-aiya they only give personal warranty(weeks,months or years)
-cannot last long
-no warranty at all
-cannot trust things that made in china
-fake (not really)


but on the other side

- PRICE SO CHEAP!
- i BOUGHT A ps2 over there last time.Until now still can run! Obviously It will spoil after 2 years.

but I think thats coz he is lucky OR maybe things are different from last time. Yeap and also more problems for the next gen console.

the 3rod by xbox /replaced more than 3 times of broken xbox 360(hot topic)
ps3 I find no problem
expensive cds
cannot be cracked


From my opinion,
No matter where you buy you will still face the same problem. However,you won't have a warranty from specific trusted regions unlike us,new zealand and japan.Also, you will have a bad quality console that is made in China.(still original)
You should google abt consoles that made in China.The manufactured consoles over there are unsatisfactory.

AFAIK,all ps3 made in china.I don't know if ps3 made by other country also..

Mine is ps3 from china,so far i have no problem..

man most country in Asia are using China console unless you go Japan or HK, sometime Japan also sell China console (because I got a costumer told me that he bought one PS2 from Japan and it's made in china lol)

Talk about your topic. What I met is I ask for a PSP console that stupid seller tells me a VERY CHEAP price, who knows when I say I'm gonna buy, he tells me "you must add this this this accessories" otherwise we won't sell console only at this price, that's mean YES HE LIES me. If so why do you give me that cheap price. OR if you really get that cheap, you would probably change the battery or adapter... lame

Puhlezz.... Not all products made from china are bad and fake
And Singapore Sony are not trusted?? Do a research before you claim lar....

My mother had been assembling those wiring inside some various brand CRT TV(not the entire TV, just wiring alone. Wire assembled into connector head) such as Sony, etc for years.

I think if you study about the product before buying, get much knowledges on it then only you go to the shops, then it will be fine, you wont get cheated at least.. in some cases, the story is depends on how the sale person wants to blah blah at you, you can continue shop for more shops and get different ideas, dun just believe or listen to one guy..

most of the sellers ( not only in sg.wang ) they think buyers are stupid, all also don't know. they can tell you a lot of non-sense.. just waste some time on searching you'll get what you want with satisfy result..

hahaha... funny u dont trust stuff from china.. all the original playstation stuff from ps1 are made in china.. back in the old days, ppl love to buy which is made in japan..but all those accessories are all fake.. LOL.

if u study deeply on those thing on the net before u buy.. then no worries to get con. what things to avoid is by learning from the gameshop itself.. sometimes they are not trustable. go to the net.. and find. there's a lot of stuff.

Many electronic products are made in China, seriously I don't see the problem in that.

Just because 20 years ago China was a big fraud in electronics, doesn't mean they are the same now. China has improved alot since, just go to Shanghai and you'll laugh at KL.

has a bad quality COMPARED to other regions

even your console are still good 2 go with it..then I would say
other regions are longer lasting than China.

I think "Made in China" doesn't mean the the quality is not good.
It just manufactured in China but still design by Japan and of course they will monitor the quality of their products. But if the product itself design by China then maybe you will get problem....
This is just from my experience....working in R&D....

You may be entitled to your oppinion, but it doesn't make direct sense.

I could very well say, that Intel/AMD CPU your PC is running is made in Malaysia and diffused in Germany. So, things made in Malaysia equally sucks right(or rather doesn't last as long if you want to put it that way)?

almost every goods in msia that can be found are made in china.. so whats the big deal anyway? its not because sg.wang is selling china product but because there are lots of con shops there

u all think carefully....why the console organization such as sony manufacture their console at china and distribute it to the country in asia....because the labour cost and others fixed cost and variable cost at china much more cheaper...so they can sell it into cheaper price to u all and compete with others console manufacture....... u wan they make at JAPAN ar?>...... later SONY set high price then u all FU FU FU at there...the quality china made is same
