Yup. You gotta remember that what you see in human eyes most of the time will be different from what you snapped. You can get only one part of the photo captured with all the details while the rest in shadow, or blown out in highlights.

In order to get good details from the whole pic when the spots are not evenly lit up, you'll have to do multiple exposure and HDR processing.

Or you can buy a MSN202 but beware that it only has a very short working range (1 cm+/-). >_<

IMHO should give more DOF on this. The petals are abit soft due to the DOF too shallow.

Yup. You can try manual mode also. It's not that hard after you get the hang of it.

Interesting shoot. But you could have allow more DOF to extend till the front part.
