What you have to know is, if there is an official launch in Malaysia, there would be 2 scenarios: subsidy or no subsidy

If there is no subsidy, the price is gonna be mad high, definitely won't be the RM1800-2300 you're seeing now. More towards RM3k...

If there is a subsidy, you're gonna have to sign a data plan for 2 years or something, tying you down to a carrier, can't enjoy 3rd party apps and also customize your phone although version 2.0's app store might have rectified that by then.

If you don't sign a data plan and want to unlock the phone, you will void the warranty. Which is what you'd have been doing anyway getting it now!!
Which leads to the ultimate conclusion.. JUST BUY IT NOW AND DON'T THINK!!!  laugh.gif

What data plan what 2 year? Sorry I don't get it and why can't enjoy 3rd party apps? 3rd party apps like?

This is a forum mah, if got nothing to talk, then all forums will close down. biggrin.gif

Seriuosly, IF iphone comes to Malaysia officially, the telco offer you the 8GB iphone with a 2 year plan and the 16GB iphone with a 3 year plan, will you go for it? hmm.gif

Haha Vor, some people think its cool and nice to use. So they wanna get one. I love to use the computer last time, but I don't know. Learn lor.

So.. Anyone? What is 3rd party apps?

So far does anyone have any problem with iPhone or something? Some people complaining about how iPhone freeze, this and that. Maybe that is quite normal but does that happen often and to alot of iPhone users?

Anyone have any problems with iPhone now?

Yeah, there is a fatal flaw in the iPhone design. Users might not be able to focus on work/studies and will feel the need to touch it all the time.. Keep away at all costs.. Buy at your own peril!

Don't say I didn't warn you...  tongue.gif

Errr.. I don't think the feeling will last forever tongue.gif Just like everything else. But of course it will last long, but not forever I guess tongue.gif

Anyway.. I don't really use 3G. Is it better if I wait for the up coming new iPhone? Other than 3G, what is comfirmed what will be applied other than 3G?
