Possible for us to refinance existing ASB loan?
EXP: Already pay 20pct of loan amount but want to refinance back to 200k?
ASB loan, worth to get it???

Serving ASB loan for 6 years. Any chances we can just refinance the same loan to 200k again? |

General questions.
Anyone study before loan facilities difference between bank apart of interest offer.... I m more curious on if there is additional payment made every month. E.g, monthly suppose rm1200 but pay rm1300 every month. Does additional payment every month entitled interest reduction? E.g., MBB officer told me yes apart of standby as advance payment n also entitled interest reduction. Is this valid? N apply to other bank loan?
