 ASB loan, worth to get it???

Hi all

Just wanted to ask.

Can we withdraw the capital from our ASB Loan account?

Is that possible?

Let say i sign up for 200k tomorrow, can we somehow take up the money before we enjoy any dividend and later we pay back the capital.

*treating it like a LOAN , loan.
