MBB ASV loan without takaful? Are you sure?
*
I manage to get mbb 4.9% without takaful 200k. It comes out to about 1061 per month. Initially they said compulsory but i said if not ill. Just take from other bank and they allow.

Take 200k loan. Set aside 14k for this yr. Then use the dividend to pay for the loan. The 60k and monthly income put inside fd or tabung haji. Use extra money from the dividend to do what you need next yr.

Lets say i have been paying asb loan for 3 years. And decided to pay lumpsum 50k into the loan. Is it possible to pay it into the principal amount reducing the total loan tenure. Its just that i dont want to terminate and reapply etc.

If we already have an ASB loan of 200K, can we still get this ASB2 loan?
*
Just went into maybank branch in melaka and there is asb2 financing available. Rate is 4.9pa

Do they still have quota for ASB2? I thought it's already full, as in the ASW case.
*
They do.

How can we tell? What if the quota for ASB2 run out right after we got our loan approved? Wouldn't that be a drag?
*
They wouldn't be able to disburse if no quota which means your loan wont start until its disbursed. If I'm not mistaken.

I do Hong Leong, among other things. Which is how I always get access to the best rates for my clients.

4.85% is the lowest rate, which I believe is the lowest rate in the market, need RM50,000 application at the minimum

Proof of 4.85%

Is that with takaful or not?

but if u put zakat into consideration....it will be almost the same
*
you can claim tax credit for zakat. so much more worth it in terms of money if you are good with simple accounting. for simple no hassle, you can just go for tabung haji of course.

If u see every year, usually the dividen for TH=ASB dividen - Zakat rate.Tabung Haji already paid the Zakat for you.
*
You can claim tax credit if you pay zakat on your own. And its more spiritually beneficial and you have volunteer to sacrifice your money on your own to pay. Let's say you have 400k savings including dividend. Have you ever tried sedekah or do charity for 10k in one go? I'm sure not everyone is willing to do so.

A total disappointment. 3 years into the ASB financing and this year still having loss. Should just invest in FD or not taking loan at all at the first place.
*
Why having loss? Pls explain

Settling the loan was never on the agenda.

The concept here as discussed many times is the power of OPM, other people's money

If you settle... It becomes Your Money... And u lose that leverage
*
So in terms of using leverage as maximum as possible. What's the most profitable way to buy and sell the loan again and again? Assuming all other interest rates remain the same? And assume we don't have have any other urgencies to use the money?
