Just wondering if still worth to get bank loan to invest into asb despite the dividend they given out for asb 1 account this year. What do you guys think?

How much the dividend given out last month? I think my loan was 3.5% with ambank last time. Still untung?

If I take my dividend out in June, does that mean I lost the specific dividend from Jan to May? |
