QUOTE(cheahcw2003 @ Sep 30 2014, 08:02 AM) That is the capital limit whereas actual ceiling limit is more than 200k, depends on how much u let the dividend inside the account.

QUOTE(Mr.Docter @ Sep 30 2014, 04:55 PM) Hi, Thank you for the input. Anyone know what's the advantage making ASB loan directly compared to personal loan for ASB? Example; RM 200k ASB loan vs. RM 200k personal loan for ASB. Thank you. maybank, cimb, rhb and ambank will consider asb dividend as an income.. but to make it safe, at least 2yrs servicing asb loan.

don't worry if blr increase.. surely bank will offer competitive rates because asb loan is a win-win situation. if dividend can't cover loan installment , no one will take asb loan. bank pun rugi maaa...

QUOTE(buggie @ Apr 4 2019, 01:57 PM) As I said, not everyone can grasp the concept. The slower ones takes awhile. But that's OK. Eventually you'll get it. Maybe just takes a little longer than most people. yeah...you found one here
