Not via bank transfer from M2U to Ambank asbf loan account?

I assume during the transfer process you selected loan transfer type? Since Ambank doesn't show up in the list of compatible options. Then I suspect it should be a regular Ambank account number..means transfer as if sending funds to an Ambank savings account. However, do call up Ambank first and confirm this to be true and the accompanying account number for your loan.

At transfer menu select other account - new transfer select ambank berhad - fill the details. Try to choose fund transfer first if can proceed than its correct, if not select loan transfer - recipient's reference u can type anything for example asb loan. Click transfer - type the tac no and submit. Done.

Hi, for those who rolling their dividen to repay their asbf, are you doing this over the counter every month? I guess no different when you withdraw (throughout the month) it as the dividen calculation for that month will use the min balance on the account,right?

If you have asbf & asb2f, are you withdraws from one account to repay the loans or withdraw from both accounts to repay their own?

Your post is accurate, although I need to double check with my sources soon on the DSR table. If I am not mistaken, for the minimum DSR of 60%, it is based on net income of RM3,000, not gross income of RM3,000. Things may have changed or I may have forgotten a few things. Will get back to this

It applies to other banks as well, except for RHB which sometimes only take 50% of the variable income as part of the applicants' income.
This is out of topic, but Prudential BSN Takaful still has medical cards that start from RM120/m~ for adults below 30. I would know. BUt any discussion of this sorts should be done away from this thread.

I have currently around 25K in ASB (self saving , no loan). Recently opened ASB 2 with 100 MYR.

Now, i am thinking to take loan. Whats the best option for me? I do not want to fork out money, my thinking is to use the money in ASB 1 to roll to ASB 2

only 200K asbf got dividend 14K (need t pay zakat)
or buat compounding dividend previous year

I just checked mine suprisingly cimb islamic financing also, now becomes 5.35% from 5.00%

Should i panic? Served for the past 3 years only. Should refinance?

Usually how long to cancel asb loan? My new loan with rhb just approved so i need to cancel my current cimb.
