Hey guys!

Just an update to Ambank latest ASB financing promo effective 1st April:-

5% is now applicable to 70k and above (previously rate applies to 100k and above only).

Also same as before, there is no lock-in period and takaful is optional. In addition I will personally offer rebates which include a stamp duty waiver!

If interested, feel free to drop me a PM to know more about the offer.

Thanks! smile.gif

Received letter from maybank stating that they will increase the installment amount starting from this April...

How much is the increment? Does it more than 50? From what i know if the increment is not more than 50 the installment remain.

But actually its better if they increase ur intallment. Your loan tenure will remain the same and your principal value.

Not great, but at least better than last year.

Another year of compounding. Building that base!

Now wait for ASD in June

Here is the summary to those who make asb2 financing since april last year

Assume terminate this year

Asb2 loan amount 200k
Monthly 1079.76

Principal sv = 2925
Dividend = 13,500
Total = 16,425

Capital = 12,957

Nett profit = 3468

ROI = 26.76%
-
-
-
-
Compare to asb saving

Only get a total of 13,426

Nett profit = 469.02

ROI = 3.62%

With financing u will get a lot more. Which one will u prefer? Asb financing or asb saving?

Only 5 and 7 ringgit of increment? Maybe maybank dun want the client loan tenure to extend. Thats why they increase the installment.

Do check with Maybank if there was any lock-in period when you applied for the loan.
