Not moratorium... haha... I think it's just an MBB SI bug. Sometimes the SI just cancels itself without warning. Calling the MBB general hotline won't fix it, as they say, they don't have the power to enable such.. They'll ask you to (ideally) contact the loan branch or walk into another branch and get them to help you set up the SI again.
