Sifus,

I have an ASB loan since last year of RM45k and already gotten the dividend.

let say if i wanted to maximise the ROI, should i get another RM50k loan and pay the loan using the dividend from the previous asb return or just let the dividend compounded in my ASB?

I am targeting to cancel the loans in 2/3 years time.

Since economy is challenging this year, better to save manually in asb or subscribe asbf? I calculate that i have extra rm600+ per month to be dumped monthly to Asb

Hi Guys. Wanna ask something in here.

Let me share. I think im in deep shit (Panic Mode).

Last November Nov 2018, I apply for 200k loan ASB-i. At that time, I have no problem to pay monthly up until last 2 months. now here come the problem. I got into some financial problem, but still manage to pay monthly BUT i will only have few hundreds left (for food, travel to work etc).

Ive heard that you can pay your monthly by dividen? try to google but got confuse. Already plan to go to Maybank next week, but no harm if i ask first here, how to do it?

I dont really know how ASB works actually. Got some money back then, and just invest. now menyesal kaw2.

If I can pay by dividen, Its a relief. if no other option, got to terminate my loan next week lah.  bye.gif

If u never touch your dividen then surely u will some money in your asb account.

Just to to asb panel bank, ask them to check your asb balance and withdraw sum of money u needed

If I start on November 2018, I can start the rolling method la kan by now?
Will do! Thanks! How long the process, if I may ask? But will definitely go to Maybank by next week  icon_rolleyes.gif

Less than 20 minutes at counter..

Or u can try to call pnb now, ask them to check how much you have in your asb account available to withdrawn. Good thing you have the loan. I guess u hve around 10k now in your account provided u havent touch the dividen smile.gif

By the way, one more question, why you guys insist not to take takaful at the first place? The agent told me that if add in the takaful, the price of the installment is the same.

So what is the use of that?

Confirm agent tipu

Rate is almost same for all banks.. as far as i know, HLB a bit good with the takaful, still compulsary but only for 1st 5year so amount is little.. mine HLB 3.30% IR..

yes i agree with all otais ASBF, i took my 200k when i was 24yo that time salary 3.2k.. dividends does help me a lot, married, house reno etc.. best time to start ASBF is tomorrow!
*

Just manually invest directly to EPF. Can do it in M2U website directly. But i think can't withdraw at retirement age or another round of i-sinar..

can withdraw any amount exceeding 1 million..

Bad move. You will accumulate interest.

Nope. Everyone have their own strategy for asbf.

If housing/personal loan then yes, bad move
