Dividen this year=3625
Seem not worh it. I get -131

hmm..frustrated but i think the rate is still okey with our current economy..

the dividend I see is okay, better than other ASx under PNB. it's the bonus that reduce drastically.
don't be surprise if next year bonus reduce again or no bonus at all

better if u can cel asb loan with rhb and change to cimb
cimb max tenure is 30 years, so the installment will be lower

already 3rd year this january will be my 3rd times getting bonus. and not yet drawn any money from it. i dont do rolling just keep paid the loan and keep the bonus. some said i lost more if dont take it. is it true?

you posted twice so i reply u twice.

Don't get me wrong, the reason i compare is based on the condition that one has the cash to fill up the ASB limit instead of taking loan. When the interest rate is low, and ASB return is high it make sense to borrow to invest.

When the surplus gap in between the loan and ASB return is narrowed down, those who already have loan may consider to undo the loan, and invest somewhere else.
