Just some hints on macros.
Cropping your photo might be a good start to direct attention to your subject.

Although photoshop is allowed, do be careful what you are doing to it. Too much sharpening, too much leveling/contrast/saturation will create noise... so... be careful.

Just for info. Macro is supposed to be details. I am not sure about you guys but to me, macro is all about details.
So, if you gonna send in shots taken with your handphone, I will still accept it... but when it comes to choosing the winner, a bit difficult la.
