i think the board(err dunno it's exact name) on the right side of the porsche had the name of that place on it ryte?
need to look closely

i've read somewhere, that the first KL plate is actually WA 1 (the one being used by KL Mayor)
"W" plate is actually from Province Wellesly now known as Seberang Prai

about that i'm not sure because i'm not from penang
the statement is from a veteran which is much much older than me, and maybe some of us here
just wanna share some info that i have

"W: Kuala Lumpur, issued after the city achieved a Federal Territory status in 1974. The W series plate is the most numerous license plate issued, at over 4 million as of March 2008. Up to 1957, W was the code for Province Wellesley as one of four early Straits Settlements license plate prefixes, with "W" denoting "Wellesley".
