That new front fender for AGA515 cost 128k... thumbup.gif Not cheap to repair if you scratch or wreck the car.

You can easily differentiate LP640 from normal Murcielago from any side - front, side or back...

FRONT:

Murcielago
Front air intake looks rectangular-ish.
Place for number plate is debosed (it is plain on LP640).
user posted image

LP640
Front air intake is larger on LP640 and the shape is more elaborate. It also cuts a bit to the side of the car.
The edges are also sharper, not as roundish as Murcielago.

SIDE:

Murcielago
Air intake looks like a simple scoop.
user posted image

LP640
Air intake is more elaborate with a tiny "cut" in the middle.

Different side mirrors:

REAR:

Murcielago
Two round exhausts.
Lights are 4 stripes.

LP640
Two exhaust are hidden inside one big square exhaust.
Asterisk-looking LED red lights, orange/white lights are small LED lights under the red light.
More shapes under the number plate area smile.gif

My lovely camera was stolen in monorail train last Saturday night cry.gif Worst part is that I spent the whole Saturday taking pics of exotics and nice numbers... And in the evening, I was at Shangri-La, there was Negeri Sembilan royalty wedding - 2 red Singaporean-plated F430's (SGW7C & SGT33S) and a black 360 Modena (BAC 3) side by side!!! at the upper entrance and Rolls-Royce and Bentley (yellow royal plates) on the lower level... ALL PICS GONE cry.gif I hope the f***er uses my camera to take pics of the last moments of his life.

Some of the plates which I lost:

TAK3 (Take) - black Mercedes SLK 200
MAL41 (Malay) - green Range Rover (older model)
WQK 9 - black (dark blue?) BMW 630 i
WJH 5 - black Ferrari 360 Modena
WPR 6 - white BMW M6
WPK 1 - Toyota Estima
CAR1 (Cari) - BMW 760 Li
NA 5 - Bentley Continental Flying Spur
WNF 1 - Lorinser CLS 05
WNT 3 - Porsche 997 Carrera
WFB 1 - Porsche Boxster S
MH 1 - black Audi A4
MT 7 - blac Chevrolet Optra

Also spotted many others, but can't remember them.

Here's one pic taken with my handphone after the irreversible incident sad.gif

omg...sad to hear that anType. anyway, how did tat guy manages to steal ur cam since it's big in size (i expect DSLR)?
*
Nope, it's an ultra-compact type, Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T30. It was in one of my bag pockets; my mistake, I admit, but usually it's quite hard to take out, even for me - thief was kinda pro that he managed to take it out and I didn't even notice. Have to say the train was really overcrowded, but I'm surprised no one saw it and warned me sad.gif Ah well, nothing I can do about it. I'd love to put a remotely controlled self-destruction feature in my next cam rclxms.gif

QUOTE(UE7 @ Apr 17 2008, 11:26 PM)
Well, anType, that is very unfortunate, but hey, at least you didn't get in some trouble or got some threatening, or worse still, injuries, you should be glad, it was just a pickpocketing (or snatching, whatever small-time cases). You were getting a new camera anyway, right?
I was going to get an SLR, but now have to get both compact and SLR... unsure.gif

By the way, near midnight I was at Shangri-La my Range Rover.
Saw it? I actually saw another white one not too far. I think it had a Sarawak plate. Or Kelantan.
Hard to differentiate Q and D when they are using hard-to-read fonts, especially at night
*
I was there at around 8+, was there until 9+, didn't see any RR's. I was at the upper entrance - there were lots of cars passing by, dropping guests... One Ferrari was parked in such a way that all the passing cars were blocking it, I was waiting for the right moment to take nice pics of it.

QUOTE(lokgotz @ Apr 17 2008, 11:41 PM)
Actually I am still amazed that your car and your number plate has not been spotted on LYN nor on ZTH.
A white Range Rover is rare in Malaysia, your number plate is superb and the fonts are unique, still, no one managed to snap your plate.
Where you hide your car lah? hehehe tongue.gif
*
I've yet to see any of his dad's cars also... brows.gif There's a low-rider white RR quite common at Bukit Bintang carpark..

Btw wasn't that plate on a bike once? Someone posted it on the ZTH's numberplate thread I guess?
Yep... Probably bought the plate and kept on a bike for a while.
