hi guys...

just wondering if any of u know this. are the laney vc30 and the vox ac30 related or some sort? which is better?

also how does laney's lc30 compare to the vc30??

There's no such thing as "better"........ just the sound you are looking for.....

Just test them both if you can (even better if you can bring your own pedals and guitar..... most shops do let you) and form your own opinion.

Yep. Since both are tube amps, you'll definitely get the dynamic tube tone. Vox ACs are kinda boxy sounding and the overdrive is pure british crunch. The Laney is a more rounded sounding amp with its distinct tube saturation tone...(think Paul Gilbert..)

So it all depends on your taste...Just take a pick wink.gif

and i tod laney is suppose to sound edgey...


and vox may b mild....
wen i tink of vox...it brings me to the beatles
haha
