No, it doesn't explain at all. remember we r human being, wat make human differences with animal is our human can think, knowing right and wrong to control our action. I must admit every guys are horny, but just 'see' will be enough and tat s it! ok, back to topic i think girls should feel happy n proud when a guy pay attention to u or ur asset or watever where some other girls r not tat lucky where guy don even bother to look at them.
