hi every1 for wat i think is in malaysia those guys eyes n they thinking is different from others country... for others country ppl just think it is very normal... n they wont stare on u too long... but for malaysia is an islamic country n seldom ppl wearing is this way like u said "sexy n hot"... i think for every guys love to see when a gul how she dress up... guys love to see sexy gul.. tat is normal... if tat guys don like to c u may b he is shy or may b he is gay or even abnormal guy...
