In my opinion is not just only the guys fault, since girls themself is willing to wear low cut cloth until their assets showed off. It just a same concept when girls go into a nightclub, they will sure touch by any guys at there when dancing or whatsoever. To prevent these happen is better to adjust it abit upper or dont wear it. It just about how society in malaysia is not same as western countries. for girl :
