Personally I feel there is some misunderstanding between staring and admiring.

I don't think I would use the word stare per se most of the time. I would prefer the word admire openly. And by admire openly, I mean looking at the lady on the whole, be it some low cut bare-back dress, or just a pair of tight jeans and a baby-tee, admiring her sense of attire, the flair in dressing and her make-up. Basically I admire the lady as she presents herself, the way she uses subtle techniques to bring the best out of herself, revealing what's best of her while hiding her weaknesses. And if she's dressed to kill, IMHO she should be prepared to have people admiring her and should be proud of it.

By no way do I mean staring at specific body parts with a lecherous, lewd and carnal hunger. That's cheap. Sometimes boys have to learn to control that part of themsevles. I have that part in me too, but we'll have to control don't we
