Yes i wanna totally remove or say dont wanna use the back panel. will try and compare the temps with and without a fan there

but 1 thing to take note... hot air rises... so hot air from the PSU and GC (if ur GC exhausts air out the back)
might end up getting sucked back in.
so at the end of the day... putting a fan as exhaust on the back of the case is more recommended than anything else... if ur so worried about the fan screwing up airflow or wat not...get a low cfm fan like the CM UV silent fans and run it at 5v. this should significantly lower fan speed and should not mess up ur intended airflow that much..
actually not gonna use any fan there. will do some trial and error as awh85 suggested
