Regarding airflow.

I wanna ask if i could just seal off or put a fan filter at the back panel(the one near the I/O panel) 120mm fan slot in CM690.

My fren say that it would make my mobo temp might go up.

not a good idea putting a filter on an exhaust fan.

unless u wanna totally remove the exhaust fan, u could probably block off the rear fan with some cardboard or something and compare the temps.

Yes i wanna totally remove or say dont wanna use the back panel. will try and compare the temps with and without a fan there

unless of course u wanna use the rear as an intake...then yeah a filter would really be recommended as dust tends to accumulate alot at the back of the case....

but 1 thing to take note... hot air rises... so hot air from the PSU and GC (if ur GC exhausts air out the back) might end up getting sucked back in.

so at the end of the day... putting a fan as exhaust on the back of the case is more recommended than anything else... if ur so worried about the fan screwing up airflow or wat not...get a low cfm fan like the CM UV silent fans and run it at 5v. this should significantly lower fan speed and should not mess up ur intended airflow that much..

actually not gonna use any fan there. will do some trial and error as awh85 suggested
