I short wrote, but I not sure true or not.
The PayPal will show which bank account in list.
The BSA also can apply. This is depend what you need and what you want.
4 years ago, if you account ready added, if in Malaysia this account ok, in PayPal still ok.
For an example, Sunday withdraw and then Monday in BSA, so if you unable of online or worry unknown, after withdraw the money still inside your BSA, if you use debit card, so in your debit card account.
You can apply any debit card account, but before this open oversea payment gate, if I not wrong PayPal will deducted USD 10 or RM 10 and then after success verify, the money will back in your account, no minus any fees.
The fees is relative of your withdraw amount(how big) per transaction only(you can check this via PayPal info), the USD currency rate unable change. No matter what which bank you use, the fees and currency still like above rules. This mean not only RHB, PayPal look like open all bank Malaysia, maybe RHB just the gate to all bank Malaysia only. Use or not use RHB, the rules still same.

You worry what with PayPal, I unable wrote what, if you worry anything about PayPal with your account, you can asked till you clarify.

Hope above can help you, no need too worry, can go to sleep, the money in PayPal very safe and normally 1 day can bank in in your Malaysia bank account. If you really too worry, tomorrow just call PayPal Malaysia asked till you clarify.

I assumed you ready have PayPal, so you need register first, this is only way.
I unable wrote what, but if you ok bank in Malaysia, you'll ok use PayPal.
No matter you not ok, the PayPal not allowed you any with PayPal, you also can't do any with PayPal.
So register can try, no register sure unable with PayPal(You have other choice? No only PayPal can receive oversea money, I not remember, but payoneer, skrill...).
Register PayPal is only one way with PayPal customer service, no other choice, if you want use PayPal.

No need too worry, if you nothing problems, you want use, just register then ask, if you really need. After register, you unable cancel PayPal like that, but PayPal secured.

I think in Malaysia PayPal only English speaker.
If you unable call in working hour, another way you can log in your account go to "Message Center" and send message. Maybe message unable reply you faster, but I think wait 2 days will response, if still not response, you can send message ask again. This is depend on your situation. You email maybe also received the "Message Center" told you, PayPal ready reply you.

After register you can send invoice to who. This is free of charge. I advise you per transit per fee, so 1 transit you can save the fee.

So the money success transfer in your PayPal account, you'll saw it in USD, this is auto mode.
Then just like above, added your bank name and your account number, then click "withdraw" filled your amount, PayPal auto mode calculation the currency rate in MYR, then you confirm, you kept the receipt and done.

You just wait 1 day like that.

I think your father or mother big opportunity success apply Maybank saving account, if you can, you followed your father or mother go together. Who want use open who like that. Maybe PayPal need who member PayPal with who member bank account only.(I don't know.)
To save your transport or parking fees, I'll advise try
1.)bring your father company letter, maybe need filled company name, company address and so on.
2.)bring cash RM 250. Maybank saving account with cherry debit card(can choice with or without annual fee) familiar like BSA, after deposit RM 250, you can withdrew immediately and the min maintenance still is RM 20.
3.)who apply who IC. If joint name, maybe PayPal can accept joint name account, at least member PayPal name appear in bank account.(I don't know.)
4.)1 bill for show who apply address.

Maybe you no need use PayPal, except payoneer, skrill and (I don't know), you can choice western union(need western union info and IC, no need bank account, directly cash out money for western union agent such as bank and post office), oversea bank cheque(need bank account), direct tt(need bank account) and so on.

If you apply debit card, this is about debit card things, you should find the info about debit card. Maybe no only PayPal risk, debit card also can risk.

If you have heritage also can, retiree money also can, OKU money also can, than mean if you have Fixed Deposit(FD) RM 5k or RM 10k like that, I think more easy,(or maybe let's the bank staff feeling you put RM 500 or RM 1K standby pay bill like that, that mean you'll keep use this bank service like that.), just want open the saving account for interest credit or next time use over counter IBG transfer service like that, this is really good reason and you put FD bank will many welcome you like that but "open saving account no need put FD".
If failed of Maybank, I think never mind, you have many choice, the bank page wrote Basic Saving Account(BSA), you read the eligible first(Normally, eligible is IC and RM 20 only, 1 bill also no need.). In my opinion, all bank under BNM, so can wrote like that, no big different, you still no need sincerely or stick of what bank or think what bank are top, if use for PayPal withdrew purpose all same like that.
One thing, if you still unable of bank Malaysia, the Payoneer also provide Payoneer card(ship to your address, worldwide), you're member of Payoneer and with Payoneer card, no need bank Malaysia account, you can direct withdrew money via ATM machine, no matter in Malaysia or Oversea.
