i'm using maybank visa debit card to make 2 payments through paypal and i was charged USD1 for each transaction by maybank. is this correct ?
all the other pre authorization charges were reverse except the USD 1 charges. also weird coz USD 1 was charged as RM 1.02 on local currency? anybody?
