hi, im new in using paypal wit maybank debit card registration shop on ebay lately. i hav complete all the paypal registration (with comfirming the 4 digit & email) & linked wit my ebay. but i hav problem whn i try to make final payment confirmation on ebay, ended up poping wit the error security. thn i check my email tat descibe tat recent PayPal payment did not go through.
so it is my PC security problem, or i have NOT yet complete my paypal setting? by the way, if i failed to make payment on ebay, we can paid by paypal 'send money' right?
