Hello.anyone please help me.this is my first time using paypal.i bought something from ebay and after receive the email from the merchants then i made the payment using my debit card which is linked to my paypal.after receiving the receipt of the payment, i log on to my paypal acc and there is no transaction history. So afterwards i called the paypal people and they said it's because when im making the payment im using the paypal as guest which i was still able to get the receipt email. so then the merchant emailed me that they were unable to deliver to Malaysia due to the items weight. And i again got another email from paypal saying that the merchant had already request full refunded to me.but till today (3days) i haven't got back my money. So how long do i have to wait to get back my money? The merchant is from UK. And where will the money be refunded?my debit card or paypal acc?

Yeah.before i pay i already create the paypal account. But i straight away paid without loging onto my paypal acc and used my debit card. How long does it take to be refunded back to your acc? It has been 3 working days. Im aware that it may take up for as long as one month.have you guys ever have to wait that long? Or a week the longest?

Then why i still have 0.00 money on my paypal even after i received the email

This is what i do:
1) I created paypal account.
2) I go to ebay n click on the seller. And choose the product and make payment.
3) Got email notify and asked me to make payment. So i make the payment using debit card without loging in(because it's my first time so i dont know that much).
4) after make the payment i received the receipt. Then i log in to my paypal acc n there is no transaction history.
5) so afterwards the seller email me saying they cant send the items to malaysia and again i received email from paypal saying that the seller issue full refund.
6) up till now. I still dont get the money.

Noted bro. Btw how long does it takes to get my money back? I did called the support service and they said it takes 7-30 days to get the refund.have u experienced that long?
