You can withdraw money back to your card or so but it will charge you something. Its usually no charge to put something in, but when paying USD to paypal, paypal always uses the crappiest rate so that they earn on your transaction as well. |

But I find paypal offers a crappy rate most of the time and withdrawing the money to the credit card is better to have rather than not have. It just sits in your paypal and does nothing unless you find you want to buy something again. Before you send the money to your card, it should show you exactly how much it costs you to send it to your CC. |
