Credit card sure no problem... If you make a payment, u wont kena any chargesIf you make payment USD. then the bank will auto do the currency exchange.. u nonid wory it
If you make payment when your paypal account is no balance, it wil directly deduct from your credit card..... So, mostly your paypal account wont have any balance.
Dont wory of transaction ammount, i even transaction 0.16cent usd before
