You must have paid RM10 for verification. Then Paypal refunds the RM10 back to you.
That may explain why you have such balance which you do not recall

QUOTE(Denis @ Jul 26 2013, 04:01 PM) Hi, I m new to Paypal. Malaysia to Malaysia probably best to use credit card. If i want to make a payment to Malaysia company (Malaysia to Malaysia), is it advisable to pay via Paypal or using a credit card to pay directly? FYI, this company is new to me. I had read through several pages but couldn't find anybody raising such question and due to time constraint I couldn't finish all the pages, sorry for that if such question was raised afterwards in the following pages ... There is always option to stop payment from credit card though a bit of hassle here and there if anything wrong happens Paypal wise may incur higher fees and seller may want to increase selling price but this depends on how you nego with the seller |
