hi all , just want to ask , i notice that when i purchase stuff using USD, the conversion rate is extremely high , is there any other method that iii top up my paypal account via my debit card ? ( i dont have RHB by the way )

is there a method where i convert MYR to USD using maybank so that when paypal recieves, it immediately recieves USD.

the conversion rate in maybank seems to be lower compared to the conversion rate in paypal.... pls help and much appreciated .thanks
