My cc is verified with premier account. I'm not paying for ebay items but trying to use "send money online"--->"online purchases"--->"this is a purchases of goods". Everytime I click continue I get this "Sorry, your payment won't go through. To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance." I can't even choose the option to pay or is there a way to change it manually? Thanks!
