Hey guys, I must verify my debit card first only can send payment through paypal? The process will be for like at least 24 hours right?
Does that mean I can't send a payment right away after I created a paypal account? Damn why cant topup using CIMB, I don't have RHB account. I only wanted to send 50usd to my friend, and i must do it like immediately..Is there anyway I could send a payment oversea, China instantly? |
