Hi, I m new to Paypal.

I have my credit card links to Paypal, how to limit the sending amount by Paypal to any merchant? (the purpose is to reduce the risk of fraudulent case happened recently)

Let say, my credit card limit is RM 1K, will Paypal approve the payment over RM 1k to any merchant?

BTW, my credit card has been verified by paypal.
