Will like to check is if there is any charges if I pay using paypal (with creditcard linked)... I have been using it for sometime, but I cant be exactly sure if I am getting charged extra. But I got the feeling I always end up paying a little bit more. Not sure is it because of the exchange rate.

If let say I am buying smthing from a local website.. and I choose to pay by Paypal option instead of the normal Credit card option. Example the item is rm 100.. Does it convert to USD and convert back to RM.. after all kind of converts, I end up paying a little more.. if that day the USD rate is higher. I think almost all the time my paypal transaction is in USD.. that is why is hard for me to be sure that I didnt get charge extra.

Any idea?
