which one is better you people reckon. Paying for paypal or TT to bank account?

Paying with paypal ensures a better protection to consumers rather a straight TT to a stranger's account. At least you can lodge a dispute should the need arises compared to straight TT. biggrin.gif

Then it is better for you to check out the company's profile and background. Do some search at google and search for people's feedbacks on public forums.

I don't think Paypal has any localized site dedicated for Malaysian unlike Singapore.
You have to contact paypal about this.

Alipay is only accepted in China. Bitcoin and crypto being closely monitored by BNM makes withdrawing hard not to mention huge fluctuation.

Not to mention the high spread between asking and selling

I already activated oversea ATM transaction via Maybank2u

You need to call Maybank and ask them to disable VBV. Doing so however means any transaction that pass through without this check is on you.
