I'm buying paypal fund from other sellers and how can I proof these transactions?
What is the best reason to use here?

But the problem is they are just selling off their paypal fund.
Meaning that I transfer ringgit to their maybank account and they transfer paypal fund to me.

Anyone knows how long the paypal limitation can get resolved?
A few hours? A few days?

Their customer service contact number is a singapore number and I'm reluctant to call them.
