I have link my mbb debit card to paypal.
Never actually directly pay yet cos I always use the available fund in paypal.
Save on the paypal conversion fees and taxes.

Really? So, buying Paypal funds is cheaper than using straight from the card? Thanks for the info..

Hm, it seems like the purpose of linking the card is only to make it verified la? How much Paypal charge for each transaction?
The conversion rate?

My account is a verified personal account, a couple of months ago paypal has limited access my account due to too many activity in a day. I have registered my credit card to paypal. They are asking me to submit the utilitiy bills (to verify address), Bank account number (which i don't have US bank account number), invoices (where i 'bought' USD from other seller).

By the way, I'm staying in Malaysia. Anything that I can do to solve this?

Did Paypal specifically say you need to have a US bank account, or any bank accounts in Malaysia?

Perhaps you could question them on the need to require a US bank account in the first place?

No interest

just withdraw into your credit card or debit card account.

Usually its debit card because you can cash it out via ATM.

You have to pay USD5 per withdrawal though & maximum withdrawal limit per day is USD500

by default, you will use available fund first, if not sufficient then it will get the money from your debit card.

I send money to someone as personal payment.
The status is "Unclaimed"

What does this means?

I think you send the money to unverified paypal account. The account owner have to click accept money button then the status will change.
