Hi, First of all, I am a new user of Paypal. I would like to get some answer from you guys if you are willing to share your experience.

I am having 190USD in my paypal acc. Is it worth withdrawing to the credit card or selling off in forum like what many member doing? Why are there so many people selling off like this? (I know withdrawal will charge USD5 but i do not know the exchange rate paypal is offering tho...3.5?)

After withdraw to credit card what will happen to the next credit card bill? Will it automatic pay for next bill or what?

There is a charge for withdrawing the money, you'll lose some of it. But I find paypal offers a crappy rate most of the time and withdrawing the money to the credit card is better to have rather than not have. It just sits in your paypal and does nothing unless you find you want to buy something again. Before you send the money to your card, it should show you exactly how much it costs you to send it to your CC.

Yup, I knew about the USD5 charges but really has no clue about the rate....

When we withdraw our Money from Paypal. Paypal will swap your USD become RM before it sends to our Credit Card.

I wish to know, what is the rate offered by Paypal and how can I check it?

For Malaysian, we can just leave the "middle name" field blank. For Chinese with pure Chinese name, for example Lee Laa Luu, Laa Luu as your "first name" and "Lee" as your "last name".

If you're a Chinese with English name, for example Adam Lee Laa Luu. Please put Laa Luu as your "first name" and Adam Lee as your "last name".

yes but u must 1st request w/d paypal fund to ur debit card.
after there are money at ur debit card,then only u can use the debit card buy thing

Not all debit card will work. To withdraw paypal fund, only visa card will work. It can be from any bank as long as your bank support it. I am using Maybank cherry visa debit now.

Paypal will convert the USD to RM for you, before transferring.

The easiest way without complicating your mind sure you'll have to use VCC. VCC stands for virtual credit card. You can look up for the VCC seller in LYN market section though, and they can tell it more in detail, but mind you... VCC lasted for 4 months. Unless you willing to stand using vcc, it's a good choice actually.

So, does that mean using MBB visa debit card you can still verified the paypal?

I believe it should work but I not able to try as my account already verified prior linking it with MBB cherry visa card.

Ah yea, I tried with my Standard Chartered Mastercard Debit and it isn't working with paypal...sad.
