Hello everyone. So I just received on-the-phone interview by PBB, is that normal these days? Or they just 'hangat-hangat tai ayam' only? The interviewer spoke in english but a bit fast.. Sometimes i did not get what shes sayin.. I dont think I'll get the job.
I am currently jobless. Should I apply for other jobs or should I wait?

QUOTE(iammasivers @ Feb 25 2019, 05:51 PM) It is highly unlikely for you to be offered IB positions for their MT as the positions are reserved for experienced hires. The recruitment process will take quite some time as there are thousands of applicants applying everyday. Most people go for PBB because they have no other offer, or at least that’s the case for mine. After a few months in PBB I received an offer from CIMB and I didn’t think twice to go for it. Compared to other banks, PBB is seriously outdated, not only in terms of system n processes but also culture. Hello So I just received on-the-phone interview by PBB, is that normal these days? QUOTE(innocent_boy80 @ Jul 13 2019, 09:54 PM) Usually they will filter the candidate before they proceed to the next stage, which is face to face interview. Filter through phone call? You mean that they'll check your english-speaking level for example?

QUOTE(iammasivers @ Jul 12 2019, 11:07 PM) They also called me first before the interview so i think it’s the standard procedure. Unless if you already been given the offer letter, you should definitely keep applying in other firms Allright then. thanks!
