QUOTE(Donchay @ Nov 21 2016, 08:45 PM) The whole banking group culture is similiar to a cult; the founder nevertheless a very successful and respectable person, is often treated like a God-like entity. You will see how they describe in the lyrics and choreography during Annual Dinner. They play the songs daily in the HQ. Those who go to ITD can avoid this.Overall 2 out of 10 marks I would rate my exp. |

QUOTE(Cheekymonster @ Jul 9 2018, 03:24 PM) The pay is ‘attractive’ compare to other small companies but serious if u plan to work long, this is not the right company. The people, the mindset, Mayb HQ will be different but branch people is often narrow minded. They judge every single thing you do. Try for few weeks, first day for me is very hard. I go home and cry and couldn’t sleep cause it’s terribly stress thinking to go work. Stepping into a new office with excitement end up people label you as ‘millennial’ who couldn’t work even BEFORE u wanted to try. They doesn’t teach because they say every GT leave one la, don’t need waste time. Some doesn’t even bother to introduce themselve to you. Terrible. Not really, HQ also got lots of politics too. |

QUOTE(justwan2ask @ Oct 23 2018, 03:00 PM) I'm just accepted their offer as Financial Executive. Any of u can share your experience and whay in the Letter Offer dont have any column stated benefit eg Annual Leave and etc. Only have the attachment of Allowance claim and phone allowance. what is Bank's Lotus Note? The benefit for sales staff izzit same as normal banking officer (eg. Bonus, Increment, Dental & Spectacles Allowance). Please help coz will start work with them on next week. Still considering after saw such many vad comment here... Any one of u can share your Bancaassurance experience here? and heard some of them say there is no proper work desk for banc sales executive is that true? The offer letter pretty much explains what you can enjoy. Panel clinics are usually free if you're looking for meds.If you're based in HQ and/ or are not a mobile staff, you cannot claim OT. Lotus Note is basically their email client. For desks, it's true to a certain extent. If the department is overcrowded, you might have to switch places or bear without PCs. |

QUOTE(justwan2ask @ Nov 1 2018, 10:46 PM) Any of u attend to Training Centre at Bangi before? How the training and do Sat & Sun training too? How the enviroment and time of training? Training center is a little secluded but serene. You get to hang out with colleagues at the hostel after working hours (4:45pm during Fridays). Everyone usually go home on Fridays and return on Sundays.During the first two courses, you learn about the bank from the history to what the front line officers do. Everyone gets assigned to groups, and "compete" to be the best one throughout the 3 courses. Breakfasts, lunches, refreshments and dinners are free, exclusively for trainees. But they serve lots of kuihs and tea/ coffee too during the tea breaks. The last one is more challenging; character building-like module. Everyone is taken to an outdoor resort in Pahang and spend 3D/ 2N. The remaining week is back to the training center and you get introduced to some grooming course. All of these are usually completed within a year. This post has been edited by UserU: Nov 2 2018, 01:09 AM |

QUOTE(xxxxssih @ Jan 23 2022, 11:34 AM) I'm not so sure about the confirmation, cause I'm under Management trainee position in contract for one year but they told me within 6 months during the training I'll be confirmed. So does that mean that if I'm planning to resign after the contract I'll have to give them 3 months notice? Hmm, mine was for a permanent position but I reckon they should be more or less the same; 6 months of probation. As for the last sentence, yes if you've passed it. |
