Any of u can share your experience and whay in the Letter Offer dont have any column stated benefit eg Annual Leave and etc. Only have the attachment of Allowance claim and phone allowance. what is Bank's Lotus Note? The benefit for sales staff izzit same as normal banking officer (eg. Bonus, Increment, Dental & Spectacles Allowance). Please help coz will start work with them on next week. Still considering after saw such many vad comment here... Any one of u can share your Bancaassurance experience here? and heard some of them say there is no proper work desk for banc sales executive is that true?

May i know what is your position?

The offer letter pretty much explains what you can enjoy. Panel clinics are usually free if you're looking for meds.

If you're based in HQ and/ or are not a mobile staff, you cannot claim OT.

Lotus Note is basically their email client.

For desks, it's true to a certain extent. If the department is overcrowded, you might have to switch places or bear without PCs.

Is that benefit will same as banking staff eg annual leave, bonus, dental and etc? What is the target for Banca?

Benefits not mentioned in offer letter include 24 days annual leave, 60 days sick leave, full medical coverage in panel clinics, travel claims.. or at least that's all I remember. The Lotus Note is the intranet system where you can apply leave, check AL balance, print payslip and other HR stuff.

I see... Alright.. Very nervous about it now.. My first time ever working at Bank.. What will actually first day doing? I'm in Bancassurance dept.. haha

Banca is really tough in all banks. But PB is the worse I think hahah. PB really strict on compliance so it might be hard for you to close on a sale. You definitely will have sales target that you need to achieve. But if you do achieve it, you'll be rewarded handsomely. Bonus is definitely good provided that you perform. As for your first day can't comment much. But mine I didn't do any works in my first week.
