Bhahahaha They didn't persuade me to take up sales position but did told me that I have to do some cross selling with non sales position. But now I think I can assume rejection too judging by the situation.. |

Hi. Read that all of you have experience in interview for management trainee position. I would like to ask, what are the question that is most common for this position? I mean, especially in the scope of management. Will they ask about management knowledge? Since this position would require us to jump between department in the learning process right? Thanks
P/s: I've an interview as a management trainee this coming week. It's not a bank but an engineering company. Thanks |

Thanks Usually nothing technical will be asked for management trainee, but since you are interviewing in an engineering company, it depends on whether they are looking to train ppl in the technical or non-technical field. If it's in the technical field, some basic technical knowledge might be tested. If not, mostly they will ask general and behavioral questions such as problem solving, career goal, why the company, why the position etc. Just be confident and show your leadership qualities. Oh I see. However. the jov description stated that the candidate will be rotated to departments, including sales. Just want to ask, what are the selling points for MT position beside leadership? |
