Possible but comes with ridiculous price, and highly not recommended. If you want to play on your VGA only monitor, you can look at www.hdboxpro.com.The Wii/PS3 VGA cable is garbage, save your money for something else.

tat solution more cheaper than u buy a vga box...

errr... does your lcd support hdcp? if not support... I m afraid your monitor wont display anything from PS3 even u use the HDMI -> DVI/VGA cable/adapter.
