MARINES Should not compared to British SAS ...( ibet u got this from COD4)... In the real life, MARINES are rapid deployment on/off shore mobile battle group (Divisions).. since Marine has from Infantry till Airpower (Av8b Harrier and AH1-Cobra, not to mention tons of Transport Chopper)... While British SAS and British SBS is a Rapid Deployment special forces (Brigade size and consist of infantry only or could be some unmarked Heli for those clandestine operation), they are special group of highly skillfull soldier that able to peform task and mission independently in any situation and in any territory (eventhough behind enemy lines)..... For my opinion should be : USMC vs PLA Marines or Soviet GRU even Iranian Republican Guard While British SAS vs US Deltaforce vs Us Ranger (green Berret) vs Russian Spetznaz But you can't beat those british accent..
