so how you and the buyer wanted to settle that? do mind to tell us? maybe its only connection problem? if small problem, just settled for the buyer lar.... if big problem, try to discuss with the buyer. all thing will have a way to settle it. if you just ignore it, you'll left with a bad image by the buyer and potential future buyer....

ok. you ask your distributor. say that the thing got problem after few hours. see how your distributor said. if he agree to do it for your buyer, then case settled. right?
