Hi i just bought an XBOX 360 Elite today and i was thinking whether its possible for me to go to LIVE since i have a MODDED XBOX. I am using the Falcon generation of the machine and am i afraid they will ban me if i go to LIVE now.

I just blew up my previous XBOX thanks to the magnificent RROD but i have no tried LIVE before because i am afraid they will ban my machine. Can anyone help?
