I heard that Utar Degree is chinese studies is all gals...is it real?if boy go there is it like alien?

Next Monday (24th of May) is the orientation for new student of Degree program.Is it compulsory for all student to attend?Cz i heard my fren said it juz collect something like student ID and all those,my fren said can be done after the skul started,so the orientation absent oso nevermind.

Is it real that I can get all those after skul started?I called to utar but no one pick up the phone!

I skipped for the whole week orientation except the first day of Id and t-shirt collecting cz i still have something nid to settle at kl,and I skipped the PTPTN briefing for today.

Is this briefing important?
