They change and plan everything just for earning more money, not for benefits of student..
no more resit if u failed..only repeat..
resit only RM100, but repeat u have to pay the fund of that subject..some subject are around RM900..The worst thing is u have to attend the lab and redo all the report and assigment..Is this good for student??
Between, when they change the system, they never have a properly way to tell the student..you will feel like you have go back to zaman-zaman dahulu when there is no communication devices..you will only know that when you face problem and stuck there..then you'll only know when you go ask at general office..(perhaps you'll get scold if the officer are bad mood)
Facilities not enough, no special activities..then every sem student have to pay around RM600 for all the funds for activity, facilities and exam paper..full of madness..
Some more, the lecturer most are no quality..especially those Dr..they are here because no University want them..Some came from MONASH..and what he know to teach is "how to read slide" and "how to skip slide"..his pronunciation also very bad..note all copy from text book bulat-bulat..waste our money to photostate it..
New system discover..flexible to choose subject you want..we become the mice..the time we choose for the lecture of that subject is being change "automatically"..(no annoucement also, let you discover yourself)
untill week3, when we attend the tutorial class, there is no tutor..when we call the officer, they tell us not yet assign the tutor for the class..some ask us to call the tutor..then that time the tutor having the other class??
At last, in case of no choice, they assign the manufactiring tutor for teach fuilds mechanics??!! (actually they want us to failed every subject so we need repeat..so they get the money to built kampar campus as beautiful as they can to attract more innocent student)
its not actually a very bad thing that they changed the system...with this way, more quality students can be produced...just study harder and you wouldn't need to pay those repeat fees.
and yes, i agree with you on the announcement thingy...take the car and motor sticker for example....they recently changed to a new format of stickers and just put it up the notice board requesting all old stickers to be replaced with a new one else you can't enter the uni premise after a period of time. I was totally unaware of it until one day i was denied permission to drive in. Heck did they really think that people would go to the notice board in dsa to check frequently whether any new announcement came up?
as for staffs...they are sometimes rude and are like snails...but i think that staffs in other unis are also like this.
