Workscope include culture of luminescnce bacteria (streak plate), isolation of single colony (luminescent broth), DNA extraction (many methods can be used), Gel electrophoresis (1 after DNA extraction and another after PCR), Polymerase chain reaction, Bacterial antibiotic resistance test, sequencing (i didn't manage to do this, not enough time for me hehe) etc....

Well, no major problems faced except that i'm not really familiar some techniques so have to repeat until the desired results were obtained

Actually repeating experiments is quite a common thing regardless of what wet lab subject you choose.....not a big deal

Most of my mates are under Dr. Wong, Dr. Teh, Dr. Gideon.....

Im not sure bout other Uni but 1 thing for sure UTAR is definitely better than UiTM laaaaaa.......... What nonsense students there demo2 like many ppl wanna go there to study liddat...... 操!! Bunch of racists. (sorry ya a bit emo here hehe)
