I think you should better call INTI up if you have any doubt on opening a new course.

haha do explain...i did A lvl thr. its pretty good i think. lecturers are very dedicated. Notably Ms Lisa, dr chan and mr chiam
*
Ok dr chan is dedicated im agree. But, Mr Chiam oh my god that lecturer is a math teacher that copy notes , i mean math required more practice than notes, and he wasted his team copying on white board. If he could just photostat and let us do exercise it will be far more better

yeah only that part of him i dont really like. He's a very dedicated and thoughtful lecturer nonetheless. U'll find out soon if you're lucky.

Why i said so? Ok, yes his class might not be so interesting and at times, pretty boring too i'd say cos most of the time u'll be moving your hand with your eyes staring at the board, copying his notes. He has his reason to ask u to copy instead of photocopying for u all cos by copying, u'll rmb better (just like Dr chan, but i dint really read his notes too, why did i even copy last time?) And he will start explaining once everyone has finished copying, and any question he will answer u with everything that he knws just like what a lecturer should do. Then, he'll give exercise and tests. His test is damn easy one...and at times he's very lenient in marking unlike u-know-who (another chinese math lecturer). And he even photostated all the past year papers for us for stats (he's my stats lecturer just so u knw) and discuss every single question regardless of whether we are able to solve or not.

And there was once i rmb he self written all the answers for maths paper 3 or 4 (i forgot which paper, its the one with 100% in A2 and there's no answer can be found thru the internet) and he gave it to us to use as reference and without the answers its really very hard to find the answers cos there's NO exact answer in the marking scheme. U can imagine how thoughtful and how kind is he to his students (we're not his maths students actually but still he made the answer to help us prepare better for A2). And he even asked how we did after the stats paper for A2 which was freaking HARD for my time....harder than the previous papers.

And he never scolded me once after so many times of not finishing what he asked to do. haha biggrin.gif

I'm doing form 6 now, i would like to study business in inti after that for degree.
Dont ask me why i study form 6 instead of foundation, cause i want to save the 20k lol.

anyways, when i finish form 6, i would like to study degree in inti, but i would also like to take a 2+1, meaning i spend my last year oversea.

but my question is, what is the difference between this and AUP? ( american degree transfer program?)

if u study form 6 already just go on and take your degree.
if u go AUP is like studying all over again, btw AUP means 1yr here, then go to oversea for the following years, it consume more money.

That's all dependent on where you want to stay. For me, the greatest advantage of staying in hostel is I have no worry if it rains so I will not be holding an umbrella and get myself wet. Moreover, INTI's hostels are not like those apartment units. Although my room is quite small, it is enough for me and is easy to clean up (I don't really get used to staying with others). From what I heard from my friends, staying outside is always cheaper, hostel fee ranges, for a single bedroom with no air-con and bathroom attached, roughly RM325 is needed per month (but you will be asked to pay by a semester after another).

It is better for you to stay in hostel for the first sem, if you find some friends who are willing to seek a unit outside, then only you go. I think this is a safer way plus you know well with the ones who stay with you too.

I finishing A Level this year-end and interested in actuarial science. If I enroll in AUP program, what would be the main difference between going into AUP after A Level and after SPM (in terms of exemptions and length os study)? Can I get exemptions for some Year-1 credits from A Level?
